How we process orders

1) Order placed
As soon as you check out, we’ll send an order confirmation email with your items and delivery address. Please review it carefully. If you need to correct anything, contact us as quickly as possible so we can try to help before your order moves into processing.
2) Processing
We verify your order details and begin arranging fulfilment with our trusted UK suppliers. This can include confirming product specifications and preparing the shipment from the dispatch location. Most orders start processing within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
3) Dispatched
When your order leaves the warehouse/dispatch location, we’ll email you tracking details where available. Delivery is typically 2–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the delivery method used.
4) Delivered
Your order is delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate and help resolve it.
