Warranty & Aftercare Policy (Fytique)

Last updated: 20 April 2026
At Fytique, we focus on high-quality, durable fitness equipment. All products are supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty, and coverage can vary by brand and product type. This page explains how warranty support works and what is (and isn’t) typically covered.

Key points

  • Warranty coverage is provided by the original manufacturer, unless we state otherwise on the product page.
  • Warranty length and terms vary by product, brand, and category.
  • Claims relating to misuse, neglect, incorrect installation, or failure to follow maintenance guidance may not be covered.
  • Wear-and-tear items, consumables, and cosmetic damage are generally excluded unless the manufacturer states otherwise.
  • If equipment is not maintained in line with the relevant guidance, the manufacturer may decline a claim.

What’s typically not covered (examples)

  • Normal wear and tear and consumable parts (for example: belts, grips, pedals, saddles, pads, upholstery, cables) unless the manufacturer states otherwise
  • Cosmetic marks that don’t affect function (scratches, scuffs, paint chips)
  • Damage caused by misuse, overloading, improper assembly, or unauthorised modifications
  • Damage caused by poor environment or storage (for example: damp areas, outdoor use where not designed, corrosion)
  • Issues caused by lack of routine maintenance (for example: not lubricating/adjusting where required)
  • Accidental damage after delivery (drops, knocks, moving damage)
  • Commercial use where the product is designed and sold for home use only (where applicable)

Maintenance expectations (to keep your warranty valid)

To help keep your equipment running smoothly and to support any warranty claim, we recommend:
  • Following the manufacturer’s setup and safety instructions from day one
  • Completing routine maintenance at the intervals advised for your product (for example: checking fixings, cleaning, lubrication where required)
  • Using the equipment on a suitable, level surface with appropriate flooring/protection
  • Keeping a simple record of maintenance (even a quick note on your phone is fine)
If you’re unsure what maintenance applies to your model, email us your order number (or the product link) and we’ll point you to the correct guidance.

How to make a warranty claim

If you believe you have a warranty issue, please contact support@fytique.co.uk with:
  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Photos/video where helpful
  • Any relevant serial number (if applicable)
We’ll review the details and help you through the manufacturer’s warranty process, including gathering the information needed and coordinating next steps.
