Fitness Mad PinPoint Massage Ball

The PinPoint massage ball uses blunt, raised "pin points" to deliver focused pressure on small areas. It's small enough to reach the feet, hands, forearms, shoulders, upper back, quads, calves and hip flexors, and it works against a wall for tight spots in the back.

It's made from 40% recycled material and is latex-free, using polyisoprene instead of natural latex. It's lightweight and easy to pack in a gym bag, so you can use it before or after training or any time muscles feel tight.
