We currently ship to Uk only. We do not ship to: P.O. boxes, BFPO addresses.

Delivery to some remote UK postcodes (Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland) is not available at standard checkout — contact us before ordering for a delivery quote.

Should I buy an adjustable bench or a flat bench?

Choose flat if you want maximum stability, a smaller footprint and your training is mainly flat pressing, rows and dumbbell basics. Choose adjustable if you want more exercise variety (incline presses, seated shoulder work) or need one bench to support multiple training styles.

Is a flat bench more stable than an adjustable one?

Generally yes — a fixed frame has less movement and flex. A well-built adjustable bench can still be very stable, but hinges, pop-pins and frame quality matter far more than on a flat bench, so build quality is worth checking carefully.

Do I need an adjustable bench if I already have a squat rack?

Not necessarily. If your training is centred on barbell work with minimal accessory movements, a flat bench is often enough. An adjustable bench earns its place when you want incline presses, seated shoulder work or other upper-body variety alongside your rack training.
