Fitness Mad 9cm Spikey Massage Ball

The 9cm spikey ball uses firm spikes to spread pressure across several contact points, giving a stimulating self-massage for tight muscles. At 9cm it feels slightly less intense than the smaller 7cm version, which makes it a comfortable choice for larger areas.

For the best results, use two. Hold one in each hand, place one under each foot, set them either side of your spine, or use them under your glutes. Runners and cyclists often use them on tight hamstrings and legs, and they also suit the calves, Achilles, shoulders, neck and arms.

The ball is lightweight and fits easily in a gym bag for use before or after training.
