Lightweight and easy to carry, the set travels well for use before or after your workout. With three trigger balls included, you can select the hardness that suits the area, then simply roll the ball over the muscle that needs attention.

For the lower back or glutes, start in a seated position. For calves and thighs, sit or lie on the floor with the ball between you and the ground, then gently roll. For the shoulders or upper back, place the ball between your back and a wall and roll against it. For the neck, roll the ball between your neck and an open palm.
